Abstract | |
ACDP-I is the first behavioural based instrument developed, which can measure the four curriculum decision-makings: design and plan, teach, evaluate and organize,that teachers make in providing the planned learning opportunities to their students in the real teacher-student interaction context. This instrument is proved to be valid and reliable through EFA and CFA testing evidences. In addition, the cross-validation with multiple group analysis has justified the statistical replicability and generalisability of ACDP-I. Therefore, the acquired information by utilizing the ACDP-I is a valid and reliable information for researchers, educational scholars, Ministry of Education, school administrators and teahers, to understand the actual curriculum development practices which teachers enact in their daily tasks in the school setting. Subsequently, the obtained information is significant to develop and implement any intervention for improving teachers ACDP to uphold the success of education and enhance teachers professional development. | |
